Join us for a full club training session and team building.  We have a specialist Rugby Explosive Speed Coach coming down, generously funded by Blake Machinery Group, to help give the players that extra yard of pace.  Following that we will head to Twin Waters for some Gel Blasting action.  Please be down by 7.40 so that we are ready to begin at 8am Sharp.
